Ni siquiera sé por dónde empezar a expresarle mi agradecimiento Dra. Rosales. Mi dulce hijo Bo se puso muy enfermo muy rápido el pasado enero. Llevar a Bela nuestro Bull Terrier a la Dra. Rosales fue la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar. Bela tenía una muy mala condición en su piel debido a que era alérgica a un montón de cosas. Carlissia es un Bassett Hound con pelaje blanco y negro. Es dulce, ama la atención y la consideramos nuestra hija. En abril de 2017 desarrolló una infección de oído grave que fue tratada en la oficina veterinaria local. Entonces notamos que su pelaje se caía, no se caía, se caía. Doctor Rosales and her team are my hero’s. Lillie was born with an auto-immune issue and had been sick for most of her life. One day Lillie started to get scabs on her nose and face. We went to her regular veterinarian and he didn’t know why this was happening. Lillie’s skin started falling off in small chunks, leaving raw patches of skin all over her body. I brought Lillie to her doctor several times. After some biopsy’s they couldn’t figure out exactly what was causing this and how to treat it. Lillie was in pain and deteriorating. I was panicked and determined to get her the help she needed. I got on the internet and tracked down Dr. Rosales a dermatologist, specialist for dogs. Dr. Rosales looked at Lillie and knew what was going on. She immediately took Lillie from me and to do some biopsy’s to confirm what she thought was Pemphigus foliaceus. Sure enough, that’s what Lillie was suffering from. Dr. Rosales and her team sent me home with medication and all the information I needed. I knew I was in good hands and they would find a way cure Lillie.

I don’t even know where to begin to express my gratitude to you Dr. Rosales. My sweet boy Bo got very sick very fast this past January. He has many allergies and had an allergic reaction to a medicine he was given. So much of his skin was raw and just looked awful. He felt so bad. Dr Rosales knew exactly what to do and took charge of the treatment needed to cure him. It was a long treatment (3-4 months) but he is back to been himself and I actually think better than before!! His skin is in great condition and he looks beautiful, I can tell he feels great too! Dr. Millie Rosales, has a been a wonderful veterinary dermatologist. She was highly recommended by our veterinarian. Taking Bela our Bull Terrier to Dr. Rosales was the best decision we could make. Bela had a very bad skin condition due to her being allergic to a ton of things. My two year old cat, Bobo, was scratching himself constantly and actually made himself bald around his neck. My regular vet said he had allergies and tried all kinds of ointments and then had me put a collar around his neck so he couldn’t scratch. Bobo was miserable, depressed and not playing with any of his toys. A friend of mine told me to seek out a dermatology vet. I went on line and found Dr Rosales. I took Bobo to Dr. Rosales at her Hollywood office where she ran an allergy scratch test on Bobo. The test showed that Bobo was highly allergic to several different things. She suggested putting him on a routine of allergy shots every 21 days. Now Bobo has all his hair back and is playful and happy. He no longer needs to wear a collar and is back to enjoying his play time and life. Not only did Dr. Rosales give Bobo back his physical health, she also gave Bobo back his emotional life. I can hardly believe the difference in my cat when I look back at old pictures. Thank you Dr Rosales for helping Bobo have a healthy and happy life.

Carlissia is a Bassett Hound with black & white fur. She is sweet, loves attention and we consider her our daughter. In April of 2017 she developed a severe ear infection which the local veterinary office treated. Then we noticed her fur falling out, not shedding, falling out. Within two months she developed a horrible smell in addition to the ear infection & fur loss. The local veterinary office started running test. Next she developed lumps under her skin that progressed to hunks of fur with flesh dropping off of those areas. We were referred to Dr. Millie Rosales in the Homestead office by the local veterinary Office. Dr. Rosales saw our daughter in November 2017. At that time she had been tested for every syndrome possible. She looked like she was dying a slow painful death and had trouble walking. We were heartbroken but wanted to try every avenue to help her. Dr. Rosales took her time examining Carlissia very slowly & making detailed observations. We were asking numerous questions. The results were Carlissia had either an auto immune disorder or a form of cancer. Dr Rosales asked to take seven biopsies in different areas of Carlissia’s body. She told us she would call as soon as she had the results.
Three days later she called me with the best news possible. Carlissia had an auto immune disorder. Downside was it would be expensive to treat. She gave me websites to price out some of the medication so I could get the best deal. She called & emailed prescriptions for the medicines and we started Carlissia on them within 7 days. Dr. Rosales told us if the medicine worked that she would take a turn for the better within a month. We saw Dr. Rosales in Homestead in December with Carlissia walking, wagging her tail & covered in a new coat of fur. I could not believe it myself. Her fur started growing back within the second week on the medicine. It has been 6 months now Carlissia is total back to her old self and Dr. Rosales is cutting back on her medication. She is still doing fantastic. Dr. Millie Rosales’ dedication to her patients is unmatched. Whenever I have called or emailed, I have received a timely response from her or her staff. Everyone at the Homestead office is friendly & helpful. They all truly care for the well-being of your pet/family member. I will never be able to find the right words to thank them enough for helping Carlissia Marie.

My Maltese, Lilly has some serious skin issues. When her vet could not help her, we were referred to Dr. Rosales. Lilly is a very difficult case and she started to improve immediately with some treatment plans Dr. Rosales designed. There have been some ups and downs but Lilly is definitely better than she was when she began treatments with Dr. Rosales. Lilly has improved on the current protocol and I am hopeful that it continues.

I’ve been going to this center since 2013 and wouldn’t change it for anything. We love Dr. Rosales, she’s always been very assertive as to what goes on with Nukka, our Akita. He’s always done really well under her care and guidance and we’ve been able to keep him happy and healthy thanks to her. Her assistant loves Nukka and he is always really happy to see her. She always remembers us and is always very nice. I would really recommend this center to anyone with pets that suffer from skin conditions.
